If you have a ‘flat’ tyre or you think that is it slowly losing pressure, then it is important to get it looked at as soon as possible. We offer a puncture repair service at all our garages, where our experts will look your tyre to determine whether it can be repaired or not. If we are unable to repair your tyre, then we have a large range from budget to premium brands, for you to choose from.
We offer a FREE suspension check at all our garages.
It is important to make sure that your vehicle’s suspension is in good working order, as this is what keeps your tyres stable and in contact with the road. If you are driving in wet conditions and you have a worn suspension, this can cause you to aquaplane and lose control of your vehicle. A worn suspension can also lead to your steering feeling ‘heavy’, which is caused by wheel misalignment.
The 20p check is a quick and easy way to test your legal tyre tread. All you need to do is place a 20p coin into the main tread grooves of your tyre. If the outer band of the coin is obscured, then your tyre tread depth is above the legal limit.
